Here's the January workout schedule:
Mon. Jan. 5: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
Wed. Jan. 7: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
Fri. Jan. 9: 10-11:15 a.m.
SAT. JAN. 10: ANNUAL AWARDS PARTY 5:30 P.M. (NO KIDS!!)
Mon. Jan. 12: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
Jan. 14 through 20th: guest coaches (but workouts designed
by the coach will be left with the guest coaches and at the
front desk)
SAT. JAN. 17: ED BARRY'S MEMORIAL AT THE CLUB 3:00 P.M.
Wed. Jan. 21: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
Fri. Jan. 23: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
SAT. JAN. 24: ONE-HOUR SWIM (you will be assigned a 9 a.m. or
a 10:00 a.m. start)
Mon. Jan. 26: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
Wed. Jan. 28: 10-11:15 a.m. & 7-8:15 p.m.
Fri. Jan. 30: 10-11:15 a.m.
We will be reviewing a stroke each day within a set at the beginning of every workout. PLEASE GET TO WORKOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE STARTING HOUR TO WARM UP! You are expected to have done 600 yards by the time the coach arrives.
Our first team effort is USF February 7. Let's get ready!
